FEATURED POSTS... Blocking a Scene When I was a Second AD (many, many years ago) I learned a valuable lesson from a dolly grip on how a film set works. She spent the majority of her 20's traveling the world. Living in Bulgaria, Korea, Japan, Indonesia and China and traveling to over 60 different countries... The term is thrown around a lot in film school classrooms, film buff discussions, and art house movie reviews. Don't feel dumb if you don't quite know what it is. Most people that use the word regularly don't exactly know, either... PROMOTE YOURSELF... IFLA is about sharing experiences and opportunities in the independent film scene of the Los Angeles area.
